Return & Refund Policy

At Etsy Vendor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is significantly different from its description

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3–7 days of receiving the product
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received (where applicable)
  • Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included

2. Important Note (Resale & Open-Box Items)

  • Some products sold on Etsyuss are resale, open-box, or liquidation items
  • These items may have minor cosmetic marks, repackaging, or signs of handling
  • Such conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return unless the item is not functional or incorrectly described

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us through our website with your order details and issue
  2. Provide clear photos or videos as proof (if applicable)
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back if required

Note: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where possible)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be covered only if the item is defective or incorrect
  • Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
