Return & Refund Policy

At Etsy Vendor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged or defective upon delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The item is significantly different from its description
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 3–7 days of receiving the product
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received (where applicable)
- Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included
2. Important Note (Resale & Open-Box Items)
- Some products sold on Etsyuss are resale, open-box, or liquidation items
- These items may have minor cosmetic marks, repackaging, or signs of handling
- Such conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return unless the item is not functional or incorrectly described
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
- Personal care, beauty, or hygiene products (if opened)
- Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through our website with your order details and issue
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof (if applicable)
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back if required
Note: Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (where possible)
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be covered only if the item is defective or incorrect
- Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
